How we tested

Both workflows created a complete HTML user CRUD. The second request renamed columns, changed colors and hid the phone field while preserving its data. The baseline regenerated the full HTML; Simplicio received a compact inventory and edit plan and applied targeted changes through MCP.

What the numbers mean

The editing stage used 473 tokens instead of 10,574. Across both stages, usage was 6,175 instead of 16,043 tokens. These are provider-reported measurements, not projections.

Limits of the result

This is one workflow pair, not an identical-output or statistical benchmark. During creation, Simplicio used 4.26% more tokens. Editing passed all eight checks with Simplicio; the baseline failed two. Savings vary with the task, model and workflow.
